Workplace Design

Most of my time at Claremont sat somewhere between brand, workplace research and the campaigns built around it. This section looks into a selection of that work, including brand development, insight reports such as The Destination Office and Mandated Workplaces, and the social and motion content used to promote them.

Branding

A selection of pages from Claremont’s brand guidelines, covering typography, colour, imagery and wider visual direction

Whitepapers

I worked closely with Claremont’s Workplace Consultancy team to turn their research into publications that were clear, visual and easy to navigate. Featured here are The Destination Office and Mandated Workplaces.

Campaigns & Motion

Alongside the publications themselves, I created campaign content to bring the research to life on social media.

This ranged from animated conversations and typography to data-led animation, usually taking one finding or idea from a much larger report and turning it into something that worked as a standalone piece of content.

The Beat

The Beat looked at changing employee expectations of the workplace, covering everything from culture and connection to the everyday frustrations people have with office life.

The campaign included launch content, webinar promotion and a series of animations built around individual findings from the research.

My role: publication design and campaign animation.

Mandated Workplaces

Mandated Workplaces explored the impact office attendance mandates can have on culture, wellbeing and performance. The supporting campaign focused on some of the bigger findings from the report, including company culture and how people actually use office space.

My role: publication design and campaign animation.

The Destination Office

The Destination Office explored the changing role of the office in a world of hybrid working, and what makes people actively want to come into a workplace rather than simply having to.

The campaign combined research findings with examples of different workplace settings and the purpose they serve.

My role: publication design and campaign animation.

The Legal Destination Office

Building on The Destination Office, this report looked specifically at the legal sector and how hybrid working is changing what law firms need from their workplaces.

The campaign brought together key findings from the research with examples of spaces designed around different ways of working.

My role: publication design and campaign animation.

Brand & Events

A mix of animated content promoting Claremont’s projects, services, events, a comparison between 3D Visuals and a finished office space, and award nominations, including Mix Awards North and The Workplace Event.

My role: animation across brand, project and event content.

The Inclusion Equation

The Inclusion Equation was a series of reports looking at inclusive workplace design across Neurodiversity, Mental Health, Visible and Non Visible Impairments, Faith and Gender. Alongside the publications, I filmed Becky Turner discussing how these considerations can influence the design of a workplace.

My role: publication design, filming with Becky Turner and animation.
